Directions for use. Give each pit 3 or 4 pumps and you should be good to go. If you are about to run a marathon you can always add a little more or refresh once throughout the day, or as many times as you like. Don’t worry we made more for you. Do not spray this in your eyes. Do not worry about scents being overpowering or interfering with other products you are wearing. We aim for a very subtle taste of scent, so it's not irritating or damaging to you. We strive to have all products work in harmony.**** To also change your body odor from the inside eat good, clean food, take care of your body and your soul. Stress and cortisol change your odor.
HOW long to adjust if I have been using toxic crap?
PULSE PITS will start working right away. Unlike most natural deodorants, you shouldn’t need an adjustment period to get rid of the STINK. However, some body’s can be slower to transition to a pure product. You may notice a temporary increase in your stink. Your body is detoxing. It will pass.NOTE- If you’re switching from long-time use of an antiperspirant you may see an increase in sweat production while your body flushes out the gross aluminum that has been clogging you lovely pores. How could you? If you keep using PITS for 3 weeks your switch should be smooth.
How Long does it LAST ?
How long will it last? With 3-5 sprays per pit every day a 2 fl oz. bottle will last 6-8 weeks.
PS- What happens if I just shaved my pits? Well, in that case dump the whole bottle (haha) give it a few minutes and then spritz. You may feel a slight sting, but it will quickly go away and you will stop the stink. Remember, what you put in your body does effect how you smell, so if it is a load of crap than... well... you get the point.
